Food!
Not sure why I want to start a food blog. Here I am sitting on my desk listening to one of my favorite bands Cafe Tacuba. Eating a piece of french bread made by a chinese company, drinking a coke. Yes this is my breakfast. Woke up a bit late, then decided to start my food blog today. I was thinking that I would first update my about feature. but then realized the theme I picked was broken, so new reinstall, new theme and here I am.
I may be going about this all wrong, I do not really know much about food, but I do love food and have tried my hand on cooking a few things. The purple pancakes come to mind or the Gatorade sake, or the toast with a fried egg in the middle. those were just an example of some of my weirder stuff that I have made. I will probably post those entrees here If i can find them on my Livejournal.
Or maybe I started this blog because I love restaurants. I always enjoy going to different types or restaurant and I rarely pick the same thing twice when I’m there. just recently I had some great Japanese food at the restaurant next to the Uwajimaya in Portland. I am very bad when it comes to remember the name of the restaurant or even the food that I ordered. But I do remember this time. I ordered their pork Katsu. Katsu was a couple pieces of pork battered and deep fried. the stuff is fantastic.
The reason I started this blog. because I love food and I love talking about it!
